Appeal for witnesses following burglary in Oxford

Alert message sent 29/10/2021 16:33:00

Information sent on behalf of Thames Valley Police

At around 10pm on Friday 15 October, four people climbed into a property on Banbury Road through a window and a safe was taken from inside.

The four individuals were met by a car at the traffic lights near Lovelace Close on Banbury Road at around 10.10pm and they put the safe in and then drove away from the area.

We believe a number of cars passed these individuals as they were putting the safe into the vehicle and so we are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed this or has dash cam footage that may have captured something that could help with this investigation.

You can contact us using our online form or by calling 101 quoting reference number 43210466434. alternatively, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously via their website or on 0800 555 111.
