CCTV is specifically requested so please ask your neighbours if local. Even if you do not live in the area you may know someone who was visiting a very busy road leading to Oxford.

ANOTHER two men have been arrested after an alleged shooting on Cowley Road.
The incident happened at 6.45pm on Sunday evening, near to the junction of Crown Street.
The victim suffered a ‘small wound’ to his shoulder as taken to hospital for treatment. He has now been discharged.
Last night, a 23-year-old man and a 25-year-old man, both from Oxford, were arrested on suspicion of Section 18 grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of a firearm.
A warrant of further detention has been granted for a 21-year-old man from Oxford, who was arrested on Sunday on suspicion of attempted murder and possession of a firearm.
A 25-year-old man from Luton, who was also arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, has now been released under investigation.
Detective inspector James Mather of Oxford CID said: “We are conducting a full and thorough investigation into the circumstances of Sunday evening and have now made two further arrests.
“We are not yet in a position to ascertain what type of weapon was used, but believe a firearm of some description was discharged towards the victim, who thankfully has not suffered any serious injury.
“We do believe at this stage of our investigation that the victim and offenders are known to each other.
“I am renewing an appeal for any witnesses to this incident to please get in touch with Thames Valley Police if you have not already done so, either by making an initial report online or by calling 101, quoting incident reference 1826 (24 July).
“If you do not wish to speak directly with police officers, you can call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
“We are aware of a blue BMW that was at the scene and believe that the offenders may have been using this vehicle, turning onto Crown Street from Cowley Road.
“I would therefore urge anybody who was driving in the area to please check dash-cam footage from around the time of the incident and get in touch with us if it has captured any views of this vehicle or any part of the incident.
“I would also ask anybody who has CCTV in the area to please check this and again get in touch if it has captured anything that may assist this investigation.
“I would like to reassure the local community that we are making progress in this investigation and would add that there will be a continued police presence in the area while this enquiry continues.
“Please do not hesitate to speak to any of our officers in the area who will be happy to address any concerns you may have.”
